TOGETHER WE STAND DIVIDED WE FALL-MICHIGAN GOLF SHOW
The Michigan Golf Show will introduce the ³MICHIGAN GOLF SHOW Welcomes You!² program for 2007.

In cooperation with several of the convention and visitors¹ bureaus and tourism councils, they are grouping together courses from the same geographic area to create a bigger impact at the show. When several exhibitors join together, there will be a multitude of options to make their area stand out: balloon arches, the removal of side rails for a larger exhibit area, different colored carpet, and banner display. When four or more booths from the same area get together, there will be hanging banners that say "The Michigan Golf Show welcomes ___________ Area Golf!"Some of the areas that have requested to be a part of this program are Mt. Pleasant, Traverse City, Gaylord, Indiana, and Florida Golf.

For more information, contact Laurie McCann, Event Director, by telephone at 248-348-6942 or via e-mail, Laurie@MichiganGolfShow.com.

If you have a Top 10 list you would like to submit we will pay you the princely sum of $10 for permission if we publish it. GOLF TRUISM-PART III
The following truths have been proven through experience!

1. Every time a golfer makes a birdie, he mustsubsequently make two triple bogeys to restore thefundamental equilibrium of the universe.
2. If you want to hit a 7 iron as far as Tiger Woodsdoes, simply try to lay up just short of a waterhazard.
3. To calculate the speed of a player's downswing,multiply the speed of his back-swing by his handicap;i.e., back-swing 20 mph, handicap 15, do wnswing = 300mph.
4. There are two things you can learn by stoppingyour back-swing at the top and checking the position of your hands: how many hands you have, and which oneis wearing the glove.
5. Hazards attract; fairways repel.
6. You can put a draw on the ball, you can put afade on the ball, but no golfer can put a straight onthe ball.
7. A ball you can see in the rough from 50 yardsaway is not yours.
8. If there is a ball on the fringe and a ball inthe bunker, your ball is in the bunker. If both ballsare in the bunker, yours is in the footprint.
9. It's easier to get up at 6:00 AM to play golf than at 10:00 to mow the lawn.
10. Sometimes it seems as though your cup moveth over.

Thanks and a Tip of the Tam to Jack Minzey for passing these on.
